Alyssa Darrah, MD was born in Mayfield Heights and grew up on the east side of Cleveland. She is excited to return to the Cleveland area with her husband and son to join The Eye Centers.

Dr. Darrah graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with degrees in neurobiology and computer science. She was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society, which is awarded to the top ten percent of students in a graduating class. Dr. Darrah was accepted early into medical school at Georgetown University where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.

Dr. Darrah completed her internship and residency training in Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University. Areas of interest are cataract surgery, glaucoma management, and eyelid surgery. Dr. Darrah provides eye care for all ages and is currently accepting new patients.
